Marinated Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts cut in half or quartered
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ground black pepper to taste
- ground paprika to taste
- garlic salt to taste
Instructions
- In a gallon size ziploc bag, combine lemon, olive oil, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt. Add in the Brussels Sprouts (halved or quartered), seal bag, and toss around until well coated. Refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400F, place Brussels Sprouts on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Serve and enjoy.
