Zucchini, Dill, & Tomato Frittata
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 medium zucchini shredded
- 7 eggs
- milk
- dash dried dill weed (or fresh)
- 1 tomato sliced
- Asiago cheese grated
Instructions
- Sauté garlic and shredded zucchini for 5 minutes.
- Beat eggs with milk and dill, and add to zucchini mix. Let cook until the bottom is cooked and only a little on the top is uncooked.
- Add slices of tomato, and sprinkie with Asiago cheese.
- Broil for 5 more minutes until cooked.
- Serve
