Zucchini, Dill, & Tomato Frittata

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 medium zucchini shredded
  • 7 eggs
  • milk
  • dash dried dill weed (or fresh)
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Asiago cheese grated

Instructions

  • Sauté garlic and shredded zucchini for 5 minutes.
  • Beat eggs with milk and dill, and add to zucchini mix. Let cook until the bottom is cooked and only a little on the top is uncooked.
  • Add slices of tomato, and sprinkie with Asiago cheese.
  • Broil for 5 more minutes until cooked.
  • Serve
